This Fortis Montana model turbine has been integrated into the design of a self-sufficient system that produces 2,500 liters of clean drinking water per day. The reverse osmosis installation includes a small solar array as well as a battery bank inside the container. It was developed in a collaboration among Fortis Wind Energy International, Hatenboer-Water, the Technical University Delft and De Nieuwe Weme. More information can be found here.
